研究目的：

比较机器人、腹腔镜和开腹直肠癌根治术的病理性结局、围手术期并发症、术后功能恢复、手术时间、费用及中远期生存结局等的差异，以探讨各种手术技术行直肠癌根治术的优势、缺陷及应用前景。并进一步寻找直肠癌根治术后短期和长期结局的预后因素，尝试指导直肠癌根治术临床实践中手术技术的应用。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the differences of pathological outcomes, perioperative complications, postoperative functional recovery, operation time, costs, mid and long-term survival outcomes between robotic, laparoscopic and open radical surgery for rectal cancer, with the aim to explore the advantages, disadvantages and application prospectsof these surgical techniques in radical surgery for rectal cancer.Furthermore, to find the Prognostic factors for short-term and long-term outcomes after radical resection of rectal cancer, and try to guide the application of surgical techniques in clinical practice.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.行姑息性手术或局部切除的患者；
2.复发性癌患者；
3.多源发癌患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients undergoing palliative or local resection;
2.Patients with recurrent cancer;
3.Patient with multiple Primary Cancer.
