研究目的：

了解脑瘫患儿营养状况，比较不同儿科营养筛查工具在脑瘫患儿中的临床有效性，筛选出适合我国住院脑瘫患儿的营养筛查评分工具，为评估患儿营养状况、指导下一步营养干预以及预测临床结局提供帮助；探讨营养状况与患儿GMFCS分级的关系，为脑瘫患儿的营养管理提供帮助。  

Objectives of Study：

To understand the nutritional status of children with cerebral palsy, to compare the clinical effectiveness of different paediatric nutrition screening tools in children with cerebral palsy, and to screen out the nutritional screening scoring tools suitable for hospitalized children with cerebral palsy in China, so as to provide help for evaluating the nutritional status of children, guiding the next step of nutritional intervention and predicting clinical outcomes, and to explore the relationship between nutritional status and GMFCS grade of children with cerebral palsy, so as to provide help for nutritional management of children with cerebral palsy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有内分泌、代谢性、遗传性疾病、自身免疫系统疾病、急慢性感染或除脑瘫外其他影响生长和免疫疾病的儿童；
2.诊断为其他疾病者；
3.受试者中途发生意外事件不能坚持治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Children with endocrine, metabolic, hereditary diseases, diseases of the autoimmune system, acute and chronic infections or other growth and immune disorders other than cerebral palsy;
2.Persons diagnosed with other diseases;
3.Those who were unable to insist on treatment due to an accident in the middle of the course.
