研究目的：

本研究拟通过两种不同消融术式治疗持续性房颤的对比研究，探讨二尖瓣峡部线消融对于持续性心房颤动射频导管消融治疗效果以及射频消融治疗持续性 房颤的安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is to investigate the efficacy of mitral isthmus ablation for radiofrequency catheter ablation of persistent atrial fibrillation and evaluate the safety and effectiveness of radiofrequency ablation for persistent atrial fibrillation by a comparative study of two different ablation strategies for persistent atrial fibrillation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 左房直径（前后径）>50mm；
2. 既往有房颤、房扑或房速消融手术史或先心病外科手术史；
3. 瓣膜性房颤；
4. LVEF<30%；5.抗凝禁忌或左心耳血栓。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Left atrial diameter (anteroposterior diameter)> 50mm;
2. Previous history of atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter or atrial ablation surgery or congenital heart surgery;
3. Valvular atrial fibrillation;
4. LVEF <30%;
5. Anticoagulation contraindications or left atrial appendage thrombosis.
