研究目的：

评估保残与否重建前交叉韧带对膝关节术后运动学特征及临床疗效的影响，指导临床治疗及选择更优康复方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the kinematic characteristics and efficacy of knees following ACL restoration with remnant preservation , and to guide clinical treatments and choose better rehabilitation methods.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）存在症状上或影像学上的任何骨关节炎（osteoarthritis, OA）表现特征；
（2）术腿或对侧腿膝关节活动受限；
（3）术中采用腓骨长肌自体移植；
（4）伴有膝关节其他韧带损伤或对侧膝关节存在损伤。
（5）存在神经系统疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) There are symptoms or imaging features of any osteoarthritis (OA);
(2) The movement of the knee joint of the operative leg or the opposite leg was limited;
(3) Autogenous transplantation of peroneus longus muscle was used;
(4) Other ligaments of knee joint were damaged or the opposite knee joint was damaged.
(5) There are neurological diseases.
