纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①经常外出就餐，或食用外卖食品；
②食用特殊医学用途配方食品、其他特殊膳食食品、保健食品的人群（以《新版食品分类目录》为标准）；
③6个月内治疗方案发生改变。

Exclusion criteria：

1. People who often eat out, or eat take-out food;
2. people who eat formula food for special medical purposes, other special dietary food, health food (according to the 'new edition of food classification catalogue' as the standard);
3. the treatment plan changed during 6 months.

将符合纳入排除标准的患者按照入选顺序编号，然后利用随机数字生成器生成随机数字。再进一步按奇偶数将这组随机数字分为两组，奇数对应的病人分入对照组，偶数对应的病人分为实验组，由此完成随机分组。
