研究目的：

本研究采用单侧AMD患者与正常老年人的视觉眼电图结果比较，描述AMD眼的眼电图改变；探讨在视网膜玻璃膜疣未累积到足够诊断AMD的程度时，其视网膜色素上皮功能是否受到损伤，以推测眼电图是否能为AMD的早期预防提供依据的措施之一。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to describe the changes of electrooculogram in patients comparing unilateral AMD with those in the normal elderly, and to explore whether the function of retinal pigment epithelium is damaged when the drusen is not accumulated enough to diagnose AMD, so as to speculate whether electrooculogram can provide a basis for the early prevention of AMD.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

研究眼的排除标准：
1)AMD眼是由其他病因引起的CNV
2)对侧眼有任何AMD眼底改变，包括中、大玻璃膜疣，视网膜萎缩，色素变性等
3)有眼部疾病史及眼内手术史
4)糖尿病病史
5)无法理解或不接受检查项目或配合不佳者。
对照组的排除标准：
1)有任何AMD眼底改变，包括中、大玻璃膜疣，视网膜萎缩，色素变性等
2)其对侧眼有AMD表现
3)有眼部疾病史及眼内手术史
4)糖尿病病史
5)无法理解或不接受检查项目或配合不佳者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for study eyes:
1. CNV in AMD eyes is caused by other causes;
2. any fundus changes of AMD in the contralateral eye, including medium and large drusen, retinal atrophy, pigmentation, etc.;
3. a history of eye diseases or intraocular surgery;
4. history of diabetes;
5. those who cannot understand or do not accept the inspection items or do not cooperate well.
Exclusion criteria of the control group:
1. any fundus changes of AMD in the contralateral eye, including medium and large drusen, retinal atrophy, pigmentation, etc.;
2. any fundus changes of AMD in the contralateral eye;
3. a history of eye diseases or intraocular surgery;
4. history of diabetes;
5. those who cannot understand or do not accept the inspection items or do not cooperate well.
