通过严格设计的临床随机对照试验，观察调督安神法治疗原发性失眠的疗效  

Objectives of Study：

This is a randomized, controlled study desighed to observe the effects of regulating governor vessel for primary insomnia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）存在心血管、肝、肾和造血系统严重疾病患者；
（2）由神经系统疾病而导致睡眠障碍者（如疼痛、帕金森等）；
（3）由焦虑、抑郁而导致的失眠；有睡眠呼吸暂停的历史；
（4）妊娠或哺乳期妇女；近两周内服用任何抗抑郁药及抗精神药物；
（5）近一个月内参加其他医学临床实验研究；
凡不符合纳入标准及诊断标准，未按规定治疗，或在治疗期间服用其他药物等影响疗效和判断者。

Exclusion criteria：

The following exclusion criteria are observed: diagnosis of serious disease of heart, brain, kidney, or liver; Caused by depression, anxiety;history of sleep apnoea; pregnancy, breast-feeding.treatment with investigational drugs in the past two weeks; ever having any indication during the last month; Who do not meet the inclusion criteria and diagnostic criteria, treatment, not according to stipulations or taking other drugs during treatment affect curative effect and judgment.

盲法：

本试验采用单盲。为保证盲法的成功实施，每次治疗均在封闭情况下进行，如用屏风隔离。另外，为保证屏蔽的实施，在试验实施前各研究人员将多次接受有关本研究规范实施的培训，均严格遵守各部门分离原则。

Blinding：

This is a single-blind study. In order to ensure the successful implementation of blind method, each treatment are conducted in a closed case, if use screen separation.In addition, in order to ensure the implementation of the block, the researchers will accept many times about the specification of this research on the implementation of the training before the implementation of experiment, strictly adhere to the principle of separation of each department.
