研究目的：

LZDPS研究包含4个研究方向： 1. 筛查研究：筛查兰州市社区卫生服务中心站及子站体检系统管理的≥65岁以上老年人群中超重及肥胖同时空腹血糖＞5.6 mmol/L人群中糖尿病前期人群（IGT）及新发2型糖尿病人群； 2. 一级预防研究：评价生活方式干预适宜技术包干预3年后对老年糖尿病前期人群发展为2型糖尿病的预防效果； 3. 二级预防研究：评价生活方式干预适宜技术包干预1年后对老年2型糖尿病人群血糖控制的效果； 4. 经济学研究：对生活方式干预适宜技术包进行成本效果分析。  

Objectives of Study：

The LZDPS study includes four research directions: 1. The aim of screening research is to identify pre-diabetic(IGT) and new type 2 diabetes by conducting oral glucose tolerance test OGTT or standard steamed bread meal tests creening for elderly(≥65 years) who are overweight/obesity and fasting blood glucose> 5.6 mmol/L in Community medical system; 2. The aim of primary prevention study is to evaluate the effect of lifestyle intervention to prevent IGT developing on type 2 diabetes in elderly patients after 3 years of intervention; 3. The aim of secondary prevention study is to evaluate the effect of lifestyle intervention on blood glucose control in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes after 1 year of intervention; 4. Health economic analysis of all aspects of the programme.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)无体检数据
2)前庭功能障碍的临床证据
3)体位性低血压
4)足底溃疡史
5)正在或曾参加饮食运动干预及减重项目
6)无配合随访意愿
7)严重认知障碍、中枢神经功能障碍病史的患者，如偏瘫、脊髓病、大脑共济失调
8)明显的肌肉骨骼畸形，如截肢、脊柱侧弯、运动异常或运动时疼痛受限的关节炎患者
9)严重影响生命质量的疾病：恶性肿瘤、服用抗精神病药物、口服类固醇、4期肾功能损伤或接受透析治疗、NYHA IV期心衰、严重心血管疾病的临床证据史

Exclusion criteria：

1) No medical system data;
2) Clinical evidence of vestibular dysfunction;
3) Orthostatic hypotension;
4) History of plantar ulcer;
5) Participating in dietary exercise interventions and weight loss programs;
6) No willingness to follow up;
7) Patients with a history of severe cognitive impairment or central nervous system dysfunction, such as hemiplegia, myelopathy, and brain ataxia;
8) Obvious musculoskeletal deformities such as amputation, scoliosis, abnormal movement or arthritic patients with limited pain during exercise;
9) Diseases that seriously affect the quality of life: malignant tumors, taking antipsychotic drugs, oral steroids, stage 4 renal impairment or receiving dialysis treatment, NYHA stage IV heart failure, history of clinical evidence of severe cardiovascular disease.
