研究目的：

本项临床研究的目的是评估聚焦超声睫状体成形术在中国青光眼患者中治疗药物控制不良的青光眼患者的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of focused ultrasound cycloplasty in the treatment of glaucoma patients with poor drug control in China.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

双眼:
术前两周内眼部感染
研究眼:
1.患眼接受眼内环形破坏手术治疗的患者（二极管激光器或冷冻疗法）
2.睫状体手术史
3.眼内或眼球后肿瘤史.
4.青光眼引流阀植入
5.伴有前房或/和玻璃体积血的新生血管性青光眼
6.眼前节解剖结构异常导致巩膜扩展或睫状体异位影响眼内压的非青光眼眼内疾病(脉络膜出血或脱离，晶体半脱位，甲状腺眼病，糖尿病视网膜病变，临床显著黄斑水肿...).
全身情况
1.任何可能影响患者随访的全身疾病
2.孕期/哺乳期女性
3.30天内参与其他药物/器械临床试验者

Exclusion criteria：

Both eyes:
Eye infection within two weeks before operation.
Research eye:
1. Patients with intraocular ring destruction (diode laser or cryotherapy);
2. Operation history of ciliary body;
3. History of intraocular or retroocular tumors;
4. Glaucoma drainage valve implantation;
5. Neovascular glaucoma with anterior chamber or / and vitreous hemorrhage;
6. Non glaucomatous intraocular diseases (choroidal hemorrhage or detachment, subluxation of lens, thyroid ophthalmopathy, diabetic retinopathy, clinically significant macular edema...) with abnormal anatomical structure of anterior segment leading to scleral expansion or ectopic ciliary body affecting intraocular pressure general condition;
7. Any systemic disease that may affect patient follow-up;
8. Pregnant / lactating women;
9. Participants in clinical trials of other drugs / devices within 30 days.
