研究目的：

研究双侧半球的重复经颅磁刺激模式治疗急性期脑卒中后上肢运动功能障碍的研究。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the treatment of upper limb motor dysfunction after acute stroke by repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) in both hemispheres.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

头颅内或外置有金属异物患者禁止使用；带有心脏起搏器者、有药泵或耳蜗植入物者、有 颅内压增高者禁止使用；有经常性或剧烈头痛患者禁止使用；高频强刺激有引发惊厥的风险，对于有癫痫病史、 癫痫家族史的患者禁止使用高频强刺激；其它神经系统或精神系统疾病者；认知功能障碍不能配合检查；严重失语、失用； 忽视、癫痫；预计不能完成随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

Do not use in patients with metal foreign body inside or outside the skull; Do not use pacemakers, medical pumps or cochlear implants, or increased intracranial pressure.Do not use in patients with recurrent or severe headache;High frequency strong stimulation has the risk of causing convulsion. High frequency strong stimulation is prohibited for patients with a history of epilepsy or a family history of epilepsy. Other diseases of the nervous or mental system; The cognitive dysfunction can't cooperate with the examination; serious aphasia or apraxia; Unable to complete the interview.
