研究目的：

观察前交叉韧带(ACL)重建术联合福血小板血浆（PRP）关节腔注射治疗慢性ACL损伤合并膝关节骨关节炎（OA）术后的临床疗效来探讨该技术的可行性和临床应用性，最终为慢性ACL损伤合并OA患者提供新的治疗方案，最终将研究成果推广应用，解决广大临床医生面临的临床问题。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the feasibility and clinical application of ACL reconstruction combined with PRP injection in the treatment of chronic ACL injury combined with knee osteoarthritis (OA), and finally to provide a new treatment plan for patients with chronic ACL injury combined with OA, and finally to promote the application of the research results to solve the clinical problems faced by clinicians.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1，急性或亚急性ACL损伤或伴有多韧带损伤；
2，膝关节合并膝关节骨折、肿瘤或既往手术史或其他膝关节疾病如类风湿性
关节炎等或术后反复肿胀、感染；
3，合并高血压、冠心病、糖尿病、肝肾功能严重受损等严重基础疾病者；
4，孕期妇女；可能需要在试验期间进行妊娠的患者。
5，年龄小于18岁或大于50岁者；
6，3个月内参加过其他药物、临床器械或其他类型的临床试验的受试者；
7，研究者认为不适宜参与本试验的受试者或患者不配合随访治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute or subacute ACL injury or multiple ligament injury;
2. Knee joint with fracture, tumor or previous operation history or other knee joint diseases such as rheumatoid
Arthritis or postoperative recurrent swelling, infection;
3. Patients with serious basic diseases such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes, severe damage of liver and kidney function, etc;
4. Pregnant women; patients who may need to be pregnant during the trial.
