研究目的：

以“疼痛VAS评分”为主要疗效指标，采用随机、双盲单模拟、安慰剂对照、多中心临床试验设计，评价跌打损伤软膏用于治疗软组织挫伤（气滞血瘀证）的有效性和安全性的临床试验，并进行初步的剂量探索。  

Objectives of Study：

A randomized, double-blind, single-analogue, placebo-controlled, multicenter clinical trial was designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of falling-injury ointment in the treatment of soft tissue contusion (qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome), with "VAS score for pain" as the main efficacy indicator.

跌打损伤软膏Ⅰ，规格：0.72g生药/g软膏，100g/支，义乌市振伟中草药科技开发有限公司提供，生产批号：XXXXXXXX，有效期至XXXX年XX月。 跌打损伤软膏Ⅱ，规格：0.45g生药/g软膏，100g/支，与跌打损伤软膏Ⅰ外观、颜色、气味、触感一致，义乌市振伟中草药科技开发有限公司提供，生产批号：XXXXXXXX，有效期至XXXX年XX月。 跌打损伤软膏模拟剂，规格：100g/支，与跌打损伤软膏Ⅰ外观、颜色、气味、触感一致，但不含有效成分，义乌市振伟中草药科技开发有限公司提供，生产批号：XXXXXXXX，有效期至XXXX年XX月。 所有试验用药均检验合格。

Injuries ointment simulation agent, the specification: 100 g/branch, and injuries ointment Ⅰ appearance, color, smell, touch, but do not contain active ingredients, yiwu vibration of Chinese herbal medicine technology development co., LTD., production batch number: XXXXXXXX, validity to XXXX XX months. All the experimental drugs were approved. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、诊断为慢性软组织挫伤；
2、有骨折或肌肉、肌腱、韧带等软组织完全断裂者；
3、用药局部有皮损如皮肤擦伤渗血、溃疡、湿疹、皮疹等；
4、在入组前12小时内采用非甾体抗炎药等具有消炎镇痛作用的药物或活血化瘀、消肿止痛功效的中药治疗者；
5、合并心脑血管、肝、肾、造血系统等严重原发性疾病、精神病者，肝功能(ALT、AST)高于正常值上限的1.5倍，SCr高于正常值上限者；
6、过敏体质(对两种或以上物质过敏)或对试验药物成分和酒精等基质成分过敏者；
7、哺乳妊娠或正准备妊娠的妇女；
8、近1个月内曾参加其它临床试验者；
9、其他由研究者判断不宜参与本研究的患者。
注：肌肉、肌腱、韧带等软组织断裂，临床表现为局部疼痛，空虚或凹
陷感，压痛，肌肉或肌腱功能减弱或消失。超声波检查有助于诊断。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diagnosis of chronic soft tissue contusion;
2. Patients with fractures or complete rupture of muscles, tendons, ligaments and other soft tissues;
3. There are skin lesions such as skin bruising and bleeding, ulcer, eczema, rash, etc.;
4. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and other drugs with anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects or traditional Chinese medicine with the effect of activating blood circulation and removing stasis and swelling and relieving pain were used within 12 hours before enrollment;
5. Liver function (ALT and AST) was 1.5 times higher than the upper limit of normal value, and SCr was higher than the upper limit of normal value in patients with severe primary disease or mental illness, such as cardio-cerebrovascular disease, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system;
6. Allergic constitution (allergic to two or more substances) or matrix components such as experimental drug ingredients and alcohol;
7. Women who are nursing or preparing for pregnancy;
8. Have participated in other clinical trials within the past 1 month;
9. Other patients judged inappropriate to participate in this study by the researcher;
Note: muscle, tendon, ligament and other soft tissue rupture, clinical manifestations of local pain, void or concave
Depression, tenderness, loss or loss of muscle or tendon function. Ultrasound is helpful in diagnosis.
