研究目的：

观察氧疗结合肺康复对I型呼吸衰竭慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床症状、运动能力、生活质量以及心理状态的整体疗效。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the overall effect of oxygen therapy combined with pulmonary rehabilitation on the clinical symptoms, exercise capacity, quality of life and mental state of patients with type 1 respiratory failure and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 检查证实由结核真菌肿瘤刺激性气体过敏等因素所致的慢性咳嗽患者
2. 可造成气喘或呼吸困难的其他呼吸系统疾病患者；
3. 妊娠或哺乳期妇女、对本药过敏者；
4. 合并有心血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病、糖尿病、精神病患者；
5. 并发严重心功能不全者；
6. 因其他疾病接受药物治疗的患者；
7. 存在影响疗效观察因素患者；
8. 凡不符合纳入标准，未按规定用药，无法判定疗效或资料不全等影响疗效或安全性判断者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Examination confirmed patients with chronic cough caused by factors such as tuberculous fungal tumor irritating gas allergy
2. Patients with other respiratory diseases that can cause asthma or dyspnea;
3. Pregnant or lactating women, allergic to this medicine;
4. Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, diabetes, and mental illness;
5. Concurrent severe heart dysfunction;
6. Patients receiving medication for other diseases;
7. Patients with factors influencing the effect observation;
8. Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria, fail to use the drug as prescribed, and cannot determine the efficacy or incomplete information, which affect the efficacy or safety judgment.

干预措施：	常规药物治疗，加单纯氧疗（每日坚持15 h 以上鼻导管吸氧，氧流量为1.0~2.0 L/min），联合肺康复，具体如下：a.缩唇呼吸。缩小口唇呼吸，再缓慢吐气，一天三次，呼吸频率为7～8次/min。b. 胸腹式呼吸运动。慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭患者坐位或者站位，将两手置于腹部和胸部，使用鼻子吸气，用口呼气，缓慢呼吸，不断加大膈肌移动度，一天二次，每次持续30分钟，呼吸频率为12-20次/min。c. 呼吸肌锻炼，采用三球锻炼仪，每天二次，每次39分钟。 f.有氧运动：八段锦有氧运动，一天二次，每次30分钟。	干预措施代码：	C
