本项目将采用EEG-fMRI融合、高分辨结构MRI 和DTI 等 多种神经影像学方法及脑功能因果网络分析方法,综合分析精神分裂症的核心网络、幻听环路及其内部的有效连接,描绘静息脑网络的结构和功能连接模式,融合结构和功能网络分析结 果,探讨核心网络与特殊脑区功能相关网络间的关系,寻找导致幻听的关键位点,并应用TMS 治疗后改变进行临床验证。 |

Objectives of Study: |
In this project, information from multi-modalities such as simultaneous electroencephalography(EEG) and functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI), structural MRI and Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI) would be fused to improve the temporal and spatial resolution simultaneously.Functional causal network would also be constructed to explore the causal dependence between key nodes within the network. systematic investigation would be carried out to detect the structures and functions of core network and the dynamic intra-network changes. Furthermore, the functional connectivity of the resting-state networks and the core network would be explored. Especially, the networks related to the function of frontal, parietal and temporal lobes would be focued on to uncover the mechanisms of generation and propagation of auditory hallucinations in schizophrenia and to confirm it by Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) intervention. |

(1)神经病史;(2)脑外伤史;(3)物质滥用史;(4)有幽闭空间恐惧症的;(5)扫描时头动超过2mm,转动超过2° |

(1)neurological illness; (2)traumatic brain injury; (3)substance-related disorders; (4)subjects fearing confined spaces; (5)subjects with a head motion larger than 2 mm translation or 2 degree rotation when scanning |
