观察视网膜血管密度和不同层厚度随糖尿病视网膜病变进展的变化，特别要验证高糖条件对深层毛细血管造成更大的损害并导致RPE-BRM变薄，以及两者之间关系。  

Objectives of Study：

Observe the changes in retinal vessel density and different layer thicknesses with the progression of diabetic retinopathy. In particular, it is necessary to verify that high glucose conditions cause greater damage to deep capillaries and cause thinning of RPE-BRM and the relationship between them.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）其他显着眼与糖尿病无关的疾病（包括高血压性视网膜病变，视网膜血管闭塞，年龄相关性黄斑变性和葡萄膜炎）；
（2）过去6月内进行了主要的眼内手术（包括玻璃体切除术，白内障摘除术，巩膜扣带术和青光眼术）的历史，并且不排除有激光光凝或玻璃体内注射史的糖尿病患者；
（3）青光眼或一级亲属青光眼的家族史；
（4）导致扫描质量差的任何疾病（图像质量<7，例如致密性白内障，角膜溃疡，持续性振动）；
（5）OCT中心黄斑厚度≥300μm。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) other significant eye diseases unrelated to diabetes (including hypertensive retinopathy, retinal vascular occlusion, age-related macular degeneration, and uveitis);
(2) major intraocular surgery (including vitrectomy, cataract extraction, scleral buckling and glaucoma) performed in the past 6 months and a history of laser photocoagulation or intravitreal injection;
(3) glaucoma or first-degree relatives with a family history of glaucoma;
(4) any disease that causes poor scan quality (image quality <7, e.g., compact cataract, corneal ulcer, continuous vibration);
(5) central macular thickness >= 300 μm in OCT.
