研究目的：

本研究旨在明确针刺治疗中度抑郁症临床疗效的基础上，探讨其脑可塑性机制，为进一步揭示针刺治疗抑郁症的生物学机制提供翔实的科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this trial is to determine whether acupuncture is effective in patients with MDD, and to disentangle brain plasticity mechanism in this process of the intervention, in the hope of further revealing biological mechanism of acupuncture for MDD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）既往及当前有自伤自杀计划或行为、精神病性症状者；
（2）既往诊断有精神分裂症、双相障碍或其他精神障碍类疾病；
（3）有明显的人格障碍史；
（4）有酗酒或物质滥用史；
（5）既往有脑外伤、癫痫病史。
（6）伴有肝肾功不全，有金属植入物或心脑血管系统重大疾病病情无法控制者；
（7）依从性可能较差或畏惧针灸者；
（8）左利手；
（9）妊娠及哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) History of self harm or suicide;
(2) History of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder or severe personality disorder;
(3) History of alcohol abuse or drug dependence;
(4) History of severe traumatic brain injury or epilepsy;
(5) Participants who have serious cardiovascular diseases, liver diseases or kidney diseases;
(6) People who refuse acupuncture treatment during the trial;
(7) Metal implant in skull or pacemaker;
(8) Women in pregnant or lactating.

采取简单随机化方法，应用PEMS3.1 for Windows“完全随机（两组及多组）设计”程序产生随机数字（研究对象总数=60，处理组数=3/），得出顺序号，制作随机卡片，加信封密封。合格受试者进入试验时，按具体进入的先后次序以信封上的序号顺序拆开信封，依照随机卡片上的提示进行分组。
