Eligible participants will be invited to attend a baseline assessment in local community health service institutions. After signing informed consent, participants will be randomly assigned to experimental or control group using a permuted block randomization scheme with a block size of four.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

All collected personal and medical information will be kept confidential. A master list will be used to record each participant’ name and phone number with a corresponding code number. Questionnaires and interview with participants’ responses will not bear names, but will be identified by codes. This master list will be stored separately from other data. The raw data will be locked in a cabinet with a key kept by the researcher. Regarding electronic data, files containing information related to participants will be password-protected and encrypted. The personal identity of participants will not be disclosed on any public reports.
