研究目的：

1）探寻 CCRT 治疗服药期慢性精神分裂症患者认知损害的合理方案； 2）探讨 CCRT 治疗服药期慢性精神分裂症患者认知功能的部分生理学机制； 3）探寻 CCRT 对服药期慢性精神分裂症患者疗效的相关影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1) To explore a reasonable plan for CCRT to treat cognitive impairment in patients with chronic schizophrenia; 2) To explore some physiological mechanisms of CCRT in the treatment of patients with chronic schizophrenia; 3) To explore the relevant influencing factors of the efficacy of CCRT on patients with chronic schizophrenia.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 伴精神发育迟滞或脑器质性疾病患者；
② 严重衰退或冲动兴奋不合作；
③ 伴发严重的抑郁、焦虑和物质滥用；
④ 存在听觉或/视觉感知障碍；
⑤ 严重的躯体疾病或药物副作用，无法进行CCRT治疗；
⑥ 孕期或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. To be with psychic development delayed or brain organic diseases;
2. To be seriously fading or not cooperation due to impulse, exciting;
3. To be with serious depression, anxiety and drug abuse;
4. To be with auditory sense or sight esthesia defect;
5. To be with serious body disease or drug adverse caused unable to accept CCRT;
6. Pregnancy or feeding woman.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

经过培训的高年资精神科医师进行CRF的数据采集，CRF表由专人保管，双匙进入。本研究未录入电子采集和管理系统。
