研究目的：

拟在行两个节段内的腰椎后入路手术中，超声引导下行T12-L1节段竖脊肌平面阻滞，观察阻滞平面，评估术后阵痛效果。此外在局麻药中加入右美托咪定后，是否对ESPB这种新型躯干阻滞技术产生影响。从而为腰椎后入路手术患者的麻醉和镇痛寻求新的方法和思路。  

Objectives of Study：

In the posterior lumbar spine approach in two segments, the T12-L1 segment of the erector spinae muscle plane block is guided by ultrasound, and the block plane is observed to evaluate the postoperative pain effect. In addition, the addition of dexmedetomidine to local anesthetics will have an impact on ESPB, a new type of trunk block technology. In order to find new methods and ideas for anesthesia and analgesia for patients with posterior lumbar spine surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

穿刺点感染，出凝血功能异常，局麻药物过敏，严重心脏和肺部疾病，肝、肾功能不全或精神疾病，长期服用镇痛药物史，腰椎后路二次手术等。

Exclusion criteria：

Puncture point infection, abnormal coagulation function, local anesthetic drug allergy, severe heart and lung disease, liver and kidney insufficiency or mental illness, long-term history of taking analgesics, second operation of posterior lumbar spine.
