To evaluate the effectiveness of adapted thinking healthy program in the management of perinatal depression in China

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）严重精神疾病，如精神分裂症，情感障碍，脑器质性疾病等；
（2）智力障碍和影响学习能力的疾病
（3）正在接受心理治疗或其他心理干预

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe mental disorders, such as schizophrenia, mood disorder, organic disorders and so on;
2. Intellectual disability and diseases that may affect the learning ability;
3. Undergoing psychotherapy or any other psychological intervention.
