纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、膝关节翻修术；
2、肝肾功能不全；
3、膝关节感染或疑似感染；
4、有心脏病，深静脉血栓形成或膝关节手术史的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Revision total knee arthroplasty;
2. Liver and kidney dysfunction;
3. Knee joint infection or suspected infection;
4. Patients with a history of cardiac disease, deep vein thrombosis, or surgery of the knee joint.
