研究目的:

本课题拟通过呼吸、影像和计算机等多学科交叉,规范采集慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床、实验室和影像学信息,建立数据平台并完善数据分析算法,为构建“数字肺”提供基础;实现肺脏的客观量化,评价其准确性与适宜性;以支气管、肺血管和肺实质量化指标为标尺,采用数据挖掘和知识发现技术,筛选出对慢阻肺具有较高诊断效能的个体化诊断指标,揭示慢阻肺与影像学特征之间的内在联系和变化规律;建立符合临床需求的客观、量化、高信度的评价与诊断体系,完善慢阻肺诊断的行业标准,为其个体化诊断、治疗提供客观的评价依据。  

Objectives of Study:

This study will gather clinical information, laboratory and imaging findings of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, build data platform and improve the algorithm for data and lay a foundation for constructing "digital lung". We will use data mining and knowledge discovery technology, screen out the individual and high diagnostic efficiency index of COPD by the quantification of bronchus, pulmonary vessels and lung parenchyma as rulers. To explain the relation between the clinical manifestation and imaging findings of COPD, establish objective, quantitative, high reliable and diagnostic system; improve the diagnosis standard of COPD.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

(1)由于机器原因导致CT成像质量异常,影响CT原始数据提取;(2)衣物或体内金属异物带来伪影,影响CT原始数据;(3)有明显运动伪影;(4)哮喘、支气管扩张、活动性肺结核、肺栓塞、间质性肺疾病患者;(5)重要的酒精或药物滥用史;(6)有严重心血管疾病(如不稳定或危及生命的心律失常、1年之内有心肌梗塞病史); (7)有恶性肿瘤接受过化、放疗患者; (8)严重肝功能、肾功能异常; (9)干扰研究结果的慢性疾病(如:严重充血性心力衰竭、活动性胃或十二指肠溃疡、不能控制的糖尿病); (10)孕妇、哺乳期妇女

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Inability to extract original data by the CT machine fault; (2)Artifacts of the clothes or metal foreign body have effect on CT original data acquisition; (3) Obvious motion artifact; (4) Patient with asthma, bronchiectasis, active pulmonary tuberculosis, pulmonary embolism, pulmonary interstitial disease; (5) Alcohol or drug abuse history; (6) patient with severe cardiovascular disease (such as one year's history of myocardial infarction, unstable or life-threatening arrhythmia); (7) patient with malignant tumor or received radiotherapy; (8) patient with the severe dysfunction of liver or kidney; (9) patient with some chronic disease have impact on results (such as: severe congestive heart failure, active gastric or duodenal ulcer, uncontrolled diabetes); (10) pregnant, lactating women.
