Objectives of Study: |
The aim of this study is to constructed an artificial intelligence (AI) model based on a deep neural network, and to help doctorcs improve the diagnostic efficiency and accuracy of thyroid scintigraphy in thyroid diseases. |

药物成份或治疗方案详述: |
收集近十年间,在各项目单位中进行 99mTc 甲状腺扫描的检查者中,扫描流程正常,影像学图像清晰,且具有确证的影像诊断结果及随访结果的核医学甲状腺扫描患者图像 DIMCO 格式原始资料。根据影像诊断结果的关键词检索,对收集的数据进行分组及数据脱敏处理。将脱敏后的训练数据集和设计好的初步算法拷贝至专门的独立工作站电脑中,进行至少 6 个月以上的深度学习,以完成高层次特征融合和达到更好的识别效果。期间视情况调整算法和补充训练数据集。阶段性的使用该算法,在导入的验证数据集中完成验算,当准确率达到预期要求后,选择400例左右的临床数据,使用该算法与核医学不同年资的医师进行测试,评估该智能辅助诊断系统在甲状腺疾病影像判读中的应用价值。 |

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC: |
(1)数据采集:对未纳入的图像记录排除原因或未纳入的原因,对纳入的图像需要记录患者的临床诊断、性别、年龄、甲状腺显像诊断结论、随访结果,结果测量指标包括诊断敏感性、特异性、准确性、阳性预测值和阴性预测值。 (2)源数据及其文件的管理:将元源数据及其文件中的数据输入专门的储存系统,以便于统计分析和集中管理。 (3)采集和录入(记录)人员:数据采集和记录前,相关人员需进行统一培训,录入数据前需仔细核对,并检查数据的有效性、一致性。 (4)核对制度:监查员应根据上传的数据,一旦发现其中有错误或差异,应通知研究者,并根据所发现的错误或差异,记录相应的质疑,以确保所有数据的记录和报告正确和完整。 |

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture: |
(1) Data collection: Exclude the reasons for the excluded images, or exclude the reasons. For the included images, the patient's clinical diagnosis, gender, age, bone imaging diagnosis conclusions, and follow-up results should be recorded. The measurement indicators of the results include diagnostic sensitivity. Sex, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value. (2) Management of source data and its files: input metadata and its data into a special storage system to facilitate statistical analysis and centralized management. (3) Collecting and entering (recording) personnel: Before data collection and recording, relevant personnel need to undergo unified training, carefully check before entering data, and check the validity and consistency of the data. (4) Checking system: The inspector should notify the researcher based on the uploaded data. If any errors or discrepancies are found, the investigator should record the corresponding queries based on the errors or discrepancies found to ensure the recording and reporting of all data Right and complete. |
