Objectives of Study：

Transvaginal three-dimensional contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma of applied research.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

肾脏功能不全者；对六氟化硫或声诺维成分过敏者，过氧化氢酶缺乏者；伴有右向左分流的心脏病患者,重度肺高压患者，未控制的高血压患者和成人呼吸窘迫综合症患者；孕妇及哺乳期妇女、年龄在18岁以下的未成年人。

Exclusion criteria：

patients with renal serious insufficiency; patients with an allergy to Sulphur Hexafluoride or composition of SonoVue, and deficiency in catalase; patients with right to left shunt heart diseases, Severe pulmonary hypertension, fails to control hypertension and adult respiratory distress syndrome; pregnant and lactating women,minors aged below 18.
