研究目的：

1、建立中国汉族正常人群肌力、肌肉量、身体活动能力等参考值，探究适合中国汉族人群的筛查和诊断标准； 2、明确中国汉族老年人群（≥65岁）肌肉减少症患病率，分析相关风险因素； 3、探索肌肉减少症特异性生物标志物，以期用于疾病早期诊断、治疗有效性监测，或提供潜在干预靶点； 4、分析肌肉减少症遗传易感基因，以对易感人群提供早期诊断与干预。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Establish reference values of muscle strength, muscle mass, and physical activity in healthy Chinese Han population, and explore the screening and diagnostic criteria suitable for the Chinese Han population; 2. Determine the prevalence of sarcopenia in the Chinese Han population (≥65 years of age), and analyze related risk factors; 3. Explore specific biomarkers for sarcopenia for early diagnosis, monitoring effectiveness of treatment, or providing potential intervention targets; 4. Analyze susceptibility genes for sarcopenia to vulnerable populations, providing early diagnosis and intervention.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患有急性疾病
2. 存在相关部位疼痛可能影响测试结果
3. 近3个月内接受过外科手术
4. 曾有长期卧床、肢体固定等活动受限的情况
5. 长期服用可能影响身体成分的药物
6. 患有认知功能障碍、帕金森病、脑出血、脑栓塞等神经系统疾病
7. 患有严重心血管、肺部或骨骼肌肉疾病，包括心力衰竭、严重慢性阻塞性肺疾病、风湿性疾病、慢性肾脏疾病等，以及经研究者评估的可能影响骨骼肌肉代谢的其他疾病
8. 患有恶性肿瘤
9. 妊娠

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from acute disease;
2. Suffering from pain that may affect the test results;
3. Surgery in the last 3 months;
4. long-term bed rest, limb fixation, etc.;
5. Long-term use of drugs that may affect body composition;
6. Cognitive dysfunction, Parkinson's disease, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral embolism and other neurological diseases
7. Severe cardiovascular, pulmonary or musculoskeletal diseases, including heart failure, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, rheumatic disease, chronic kidney disease, etc., and other diseases evaluated by researchers that may affect skeletal muscle metabolism;
8. malignant tumor;
9. pregnancy.
