Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effectiveness of tai-ji qigong exercise intervention on improving sleep quality, frailty status and quality of life in pre-frail elderly

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

中、重度认知障碍和精神疾病者或服用抗抑郁药者；嗜酒者，即每天饮酒三次以上者；自理能力差即ADL得分＜20分或体力无法承受干预者；同期参与其他睡眠干预或运动干预者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. suffered from severely impaired ambulation or musculoskeletal problems;
2. use of psychotropic medication;
3. significant cognitive impairment with a mini-mental state examination(MMSE) score of lower than 13;
4. use of alcohol more than three times per day or close to bedtime;
5. recipient of sleep disorder treatment or exercise treatment during the past 6 months.

采用暗箱法进行随机分组，其过程为：准备四个密封信封，每个信封内装一张纸条，其中两个标明为干预组，另外两个则为对照组。由不知信封内容的第三方（非本研究人员）随机在信封上写上数字“1”至“4”。研究者按照老年公寓招募顺序，依次在标有数字“1”至“4”的信封上写下第1所至第4所老年公寓的名字，之后拆开信封，根据信封内纸条的标记将其分为试验组和对照组。

Participants recruited from one nursing home were considered as one cluster. The randomization was carried out at nursing home level for avoiding contamination. The principal investigator (PI) approached the directors of nursing homes and explained the purpose and design of the study. All of them agreed to part
