研究目的：

评估培美曲塞治疗复发难治性原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of pemetrexed in the treatment of recurrent refractory primary central nervous system lymphoma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）女性妊娠期。
2）无病理检查证实为淋巴瘤。
3）肿瘤累及中枢神经系统以外其他部位。
4）严重的心功能不全、肝功能不全或肾功能不全。
5）对方案涉及到的任何一个药物存在过敏或禁忌。
6）同时患有其它脏器恶性肿瘤。
7）HAV、HBV、HCV及结核病患者活动期，HIV阳性患者。
8）不能理解或遵从研究方案。

Exclusion criteria：

1. female pregnancy;
2. no pathological examination confirmed lymphoma;
3. the tumor involves other parts of the central nervous system;
4. severe cardiac, liver or renal insufficiency;
5. allergy or contraindication to any drug involved in the program;
6. he also suffers from malignant tumors of other organs;
7. active stage of patients with HAV, HBV, HCV and tuberculosis, and hiv-positive patients;
8. inability to understand or follow research protocols.
