研究目的：

①以GDM患者的病情需求为中心,构建对GDM患者适用的饮食及运动干预方案,并探讨此方案应用于GDM人群的有效性和适宜性； ②探讨抗阻力运动干预对GDM患者的血糖，妊娠不良结局的效果； ③探讨抗阻力运动干预与有氧运动对GDM患者的血糖及妊娠不良结局的效果差异  

Objectives of Study：

1. With the disease demand of GDM patients as the center, establish the diet and exercise intervention program suitable for GDM patients, and explore the effectiveness and suitability of this program in the GDM population; 2. To explore the effect of resistance exercise intervention on blood glucose and adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with GDM; 3. To compare the effect of resistance exercise intervention and aerobic exercise on blood glucose and adverse pregnancy outcomes in GDM patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①有过GDM者；
②合并有加拿大发布的2019年孕期女性活动指南中列出的严重产科并发症者及禁忌症者；
③参与本研究期间进行其他有监督的运动计划或研究者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Had GDM before;
2. Combined with severe obstetric complications and contraindications listed in the women's activity guidelines for pregnancy in 2019 issued by Canada;
3. Participate in other supervised exercise programs or researchers during the study period.

采用简单随机分组方法进行分组,由非课题组成员(对本研究设计方案内容不知情)利用SPSS生成1套(114个)随机数字序列。
