研究目的：

评价寡糖链检测试剂盒在乙肝相关肝癌临床诊断中的灵敏度、特异度、总符合率，评价其辅助诊断乙肝病毒引起原发性肝细胞癌的临床价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the sensitivity, specificity and total coincidence rate of the Oligosaccharide Test kit in the clinical diagnosis of HBV-related hepatocellular carcinoma, and to evaluate its clinical value in the auxiliary diagnosis of primary hepatocellular carcinoma caused by HBV.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.溶血标本。
2.信息不明确的标本。
3.HIV感染、免疫抑制剂使用。

Exclusion criteria：

1. hemolysis specimens;
2. Specimens with unclear information;
3. HIV/AIDS patients,immunosuppressive treatment.
