To clarify the relationship between ASGR1 and lipid levels, and to understand the regulation mechanism of human lipid metabolism.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）孕妇；
（2）合并肿瘤；
（3）合并糖尿病；
（4）合并传染性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant woman;
2. Complicated with malignant tumors;
3. Complicated with diabetes;
4. Complicated infectious diseases.
