研究目的：

评价“通关利窍”针刺法治疗中风病急性期吞咽障碍的有效性与安全性,获取高质量研究证据；形成可推广的中风病急性期吞咽障碍针刺治疗方案  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the effectiveness and safety of "Tong Guan Li Qiao" acupuncture therapy of dysphagia in the acute stage of stroke, access to high quality research evidence and develop a wildly promoted acupuncture therapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.本次发病前存在吞咽障碍者；
2.预期生存时间小于3个月者；
3.存在延髓损伤的患者；
4.存在意识障碍；
5.因精神疾患、认知障碍（Mini-Cog＜3分）无法完成研究者；
6.严重晕针不能耐受者；
7.妊娠、计划妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
8.此次发病接受过溶栓治疗患者；
9.近1个月参加其他药物临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient with dysphagia before the onset of the disease;
2. The patients were expected to survive for less than 3 months;
3. The patient with medulla oblongata infarction;
4. The patient with consciousness disorder;
5. The patient unable to complete the study due to mental disorders and cognitive impairment (mini-cog < 3 points);
6. The patient unable to tolerate acupuncture;
7. A woman who is pregnant, planning to be pregnant, or breastfeeding;
8. The patient had received thrombolytic therapy after the onset of the disease;
9. Participants in other clinical trials in the past 1 month.

In this study, Unequaled size block Randomization would be used. Before the first patient was included, a computer program generated a Random Number Sequence, with the sub-center as the stratification factor and the segment length between 4 and 6.
