研究目的：

我们旨在探讨使用乌司他丁及米力农对在体外循环下进行心脏换瓣手术病人的术后转归的影响，并进一步探讨乌司他丁及米力农是否可以减少围手术期死亡率和各项并发症的发生率，提高患者中远期生存质量。我们希望测算这项研究是否可以减少患者平均医疗费用。  

Objectives of Study：

We aimed to investigate the effects of ulinastatin and milrinone on postoperative outcomes in patients undergoing heart valve surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass, and further explore whether ulinastatin and milrinone can reduce perioperative death rate and the incidence of various complications,and improve the quality of life in the long and medium term. We hope to see whether this study can reduce average patient medical costs.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 临床医学注册及年龄<14 周岁者
2. 米力农或乌司他丁过敏禁忌的患者
3. 入选本研究前 3 个月内参与了其他药物临床试验者
4. 责任麻醉医师认为不宜纳入本试验者
5. 任何原因不能配合本研究
6. 既往曾行过心脏手术的患者
7. 接受过器官移植的患者
8. 不良麻醉手术史的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Registration of clinical medicine and those under 14 years of age;
2. Patients with allergy contraindications to milrinone or ulinastatin;
3. Participants in other clinical trials of drugs within 3 months;
4. Responsible anesthesiologists should not be included in this trial;
5. Cannot cooperate with this study for any reason;
6. Patients with previous cardiac surgery;
7. patients who have had an organ transplant;
8. Patients with a history of adverse anesthesia.
