研究目的：

1. 通过多模态MRI技术检测糖尿病患者脑功能、形态、结构、微循环灌注信息； 2. 通过眼视光学技术检测患者视网膜及其血管形态学改变； 3. 分析糖尿病患者脑结构和功能改变与视网膜改变之间的关联； 4. 探讨视网膜形态学改变是否可以用于反应糖尿病患者的脑结构和功能状态。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Detection of brain function, shape, structure and microcirculation perfusion information in diabetic patients by multimodal MRI; 2. To detect the morphological changes of retina and its blood vessels by optometry; 3. To analyze the relationship between the changes of brain structure and function and the changes of retina in diabetic patients; 4. To explore whether the morphological changes of retina can be used to reflect the brain structure and function of diabetic patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

A组，增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者（PDR）50例； B组，非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者（NPDR）50例； C组，无视网膜病变的糖尿病患者（DM）50例； D组，健康对照组（HC）50例。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 非糖尿病以外眼疾病，如青光眼、白内障、眼外伤、活动期葡萄膜炎、角膜及/或晶状体病变；
2. 酒精中毒，尿毒症，恶性或有内分泌功能肿瘤，炎症；
3. MRI检查禁忌症患者；
4. 左手利、各类神经与精神疾病、怀孕、脑外伤、大面积脑梗死、脑出血、脑肿瘤；心脏/大血管病变、肝功异常、肾功异常。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Non diabetic eye diseases, such as glaucoma, cataract, eye injury, active uveitis, corneal or lens diseases.
2. Alcoholism, uremia, malignant or endocrine tumor, inflammation.
3. Contraindications of MRI.
4. Left handedness, various neurological and mental diseases, pregnancy, brain injury, large area cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, brain tumor; heart / large blood vessel disease, liver function abnormality, kidney function abnormality.
