研究目的：

1.通过分析受试者高清磁共振成像所提供多个磁共振影像学系列，明确糖尿病多种并发症的影像学生物标记物的特点及预测作用； 2.通过分析受试者MRI特点以及临床基线资料，进一步从磁共振成像结合其他生物标记物的多角度部分阐明糖尿病并发症复杂的发病机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. By analyzing multiple magnetic resonance imaging series provided by the subject's high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging, the characteristics and predictive effects of imaging biomarkers for multiple complications of diabetes are clarified; 2. By analyzing the MRI characteristics and clinical baseline data of the subjects, the complicated pathogenesis of diabetes complications was further clarified from the multi-angle part of magnetic resonance imaging combined with other biomarkers.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

2.1 精神病学或神经病学可能影响认知的疾病病史;
2.2 心肌梗死病史；
2.3 腿部或腹主动脉周围动脉疾病；
2.4 自我报告的酒精或药物滥用史;
2.5 痴呆家族史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. a history of diseases in which psychiatry or neurology may affect cognition;
2. History of myocardial infarction;
3. arterial disease around the leg or abdominal aorta;
4. Self-reported history of alcohol or drug abuse;
5. family history of dementia.
