研究目的：

评价艾尔巴韦格拉瑞韦片及索磷布韦维帕他韦片在中国丙肝人群中逆转肝纤维化的临床效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical effects of Grazoprevir/elbasvir and Sofosbuvir and velpatasvir in reversing liver fibrosis in Chinese patients with decompensated hepatitis c cirrhosis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)肝功能衰竭、肝癌患者。
(2)合并其他嗜肝病毒携带者。
(3)治疗期间肝功能明确受损（ALT大于ULN 10倍或胆红素、碱性磷酸酶、INR明显增高）。
(4)妊娠或短期内有妊娠计划的育龄期女性、脯乳期妇女。
(5)主观不愿意继续完成临床研究。
(6)治疗期间发现精神分裂症或抑郁症患者，或治疗期间出现严重抑郁、精神症状患者。
(7)药物不耐受，基础疾病用药和本研究中的药物具有严重相互作用的。
(8)严重大器官功能衰竭（心、肺、肾等）、严重感染、视网膜疾病。
(9)心动过缓、严重传导阻滞以及需要服用胺碘酮患者。
(10)酗酒、嗜药、吸毒且尚未戒毒者。
(11)严重失眠症。
(12)未控制的高血压、未控制的糖尿病、未控制的自身免疫性疾病、未控制的甲状腺疾病。
(13)治疗期间需进行高精度操作患者。
(14)综合评估，依从性较差者。
(15)入选研究前3月服用了其他试验药或者是参与了其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) in patients with liver failure, liver cancer;
(2) the merger's liver virus is carried;
(3) for the treatment of damaged liver function during clear (ALT 10 times greater than the ULN or bilirubin, alkaline phosphatase, INR significantly higher);
(4) pregnancy or short term pregnancy planning stage of reproductive age women and breast milk of women;
(5) the subjective is not willing to continue to complete clinical research;
(6) during the treatment of schizophrenia or depression patients, or patients with severe depression, mental symptoms during treatment;
(7) drug intolerance, basic diseases drugs and drug has serious interaction in this study;
(8) serious big organ failure (heart, lung, kidney, etc.), severe infection and diseases of the retina;
(9) slow heart beat (bradycardia) and ery serious patients with conduction block and take amiodarone;
(10) alcoholism, compulsive drug, drug use and has yet to drug addicts;
(11) serious insomnia;
(12) uncontrolled hypertension, uncontrolled diabetes, autoimmune disease of control, uncontrolled thyroid disease;
(13) during treatment for high accuracy operation patients;
(14) comprehensive evaluation, poor compliance;
(15) Be included in the study before the other test drugs or is involved in other clinical trials.
