研究目的：

通过比较传统手术（大隐静脉高位结扎+静脉剥脱术）与门诊模式下超声引导注射泡沫硬化剂治疗下肢静脉曲张的近期及远期疗效、复发率、并发症、患者满意度等指标，为下肢静脉曲张患者选择最佳治疗方案提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In order to provide the theoretical basis for the patients with varicose veins to choose the best treatment,we compared foam sclerosing agent with traditional surgery for varicose veins of lower extremities ,through short-term and long-term curative effects, recurrence rates, complications, and patient satisfaction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除存在严重脏器功能不全、甲状腺疾病、妊娠期、严重全身或局部感染、下肢深静脉血栓疾病患者，硬化剂治疗组还需排除支气管哮喘、明显过敏体质、已知硬化剂过敏、有血栓高危因素者等禁忌症的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with severe organ dysfunction, thyroid disease, pregnancy, serious infection and lower extremity deep vein thrombosis were excluded from the treatment group. In the sclerotherapy group, the contraindications such as bronchial asthma, obvious allergic constitution, known sclerotic allergy and high risk factors of thrombus should be excluded.
