研究目的：

主要研究目的：对不可切除的结肠癌肝转移行TACE与常规全身化疗比较疾病进展时间（TTP）。 次要研究目的： 比较两组患者的肿瘤客观疗效（CR+PR）；一年、两年、三年生存率；生活质量，副作用和临床受益反应。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary objective: Compare the Time or response of hepatic metastasis of colonic carcinoma from unresectable between TAC group and peripheral vein group. Secondary objective: Compare the objective response (CR+PR); one-year survival rate; QOL and clinical benefit response of patients between the 2 groups.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1．正在参加其他药物试验； 2．有其他未治愈的结肠癌以外的癌症； 3．需要在临床试验期间同时进行手术、放射等治疗； 4．急性细菌或病毒感染期患者； 5．伴有严重不可控制的内科疾患者； 6．无自制力的脑转移患者； 7生命体征及心肝肾功能有明显异常者； 8．患者对试验药物或其成分有过敏反应； 9．患者怀孕或处于哺乳期； 10．有未控制的癫痫、中枢神经系统疾患者； 11．仅有癌性胸腹水、骨转移、脑脊髓膜等不可测量病灶的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patient who is participating in other pharmaceutical study;
2. Patient with other uncured cancer (s), other than colonic carcinoma;
3. Patient needing concomitant therapy (surgery, radiotherapy, etc.) while on study;
4. Patient with acute bacteria or virus infection;
5. Patient with severe, uncontrolled medical disease(s);
6. Patient with active brain metastasis;
7. Patient with obvious abnormal vital sign and heart, liver & renal function;
8. Patient who has a known allergy to test drug or its components;
9. Patient who is pregnant or lactating;
10. Patient with uncontrolled epilepsy and central nervous system disease(s);
11. Patient with only unmeasurable lesions such as cancerous pleural effusion, ascites, bone metastasis and meninges, etc.
