探究相关危险因素对中国西部地区汉族2型糖尿病患者颈动脉内中膜厚度(CIMT)的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of risk factors on carotid intima-media thickness (CIMT) in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients of Han population in Western China

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）糖尿病急性并发症；
2）恶性肿瘤；
3）严重肝功能不全；
4）肾小球滤过率≤30ml/min；
5）各种急慢性感染性疾病；
6）1型糖尿病，妊娠期糖尿病或其他类型糖尿病；
7）年龄≥85岁；
8）有心绞痛、心肌梗死、心力衰竭、腹主动脉瘤、中风等其他心脑血管疾病病史

Exclusion criteria：

1. acute complications of diabetes;
2. malignant tumor;
3. severe liver dysfunction;
4. glomerular filtration rate <=30ml/min;
5. various acute and chronic infectious diseases;
6. type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes or other types of diabetes;
7. aged >=85 years old;
8. history of angina, myocardial infarction, heart failure, abdominal aortic aneurysm, stroke and other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
