通过评估患者术前、术后的睡眠质量探究睡眠障碍与患者围手术期神经认知功能恢复延迟的关系，进而探究睡眠障碍对老年患者术后认知功能的影响及意义。  

Objectives of Study：

By evaluating the preoperative and postoperative sleep quality of patients, the relationship between sleep disorders and the delayed recovery of neurocognitive function in perioperative period was explored, so as to explore the influence and significance of sleep disorders on postoperative cognitive function of elderly patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、ASA-V级或VI级
2、临床明确诊断的凝血功能障碍、严重心力衰竭、肝肾功能不全以及严重感染性疾病
3、中度及以上肺功能障碍
4、怀疑或确有酒精、药物滥用病史
5、有脑梗、脑出血病史

Exclusion criteria：

1. ASA-v or VI;
2. Clinically definite diagnosis of coagulation dysfunction, severe heart failure, hepatorenal insufficiency and severe infectious diseases;
3. Moderate and above pulmonary dysfunction;
4. Suspect or have a history of alcohol or drug abuse;
5. A history of cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage.
