研究目的：

观察“行气散瘀”针刺法治疗 POCI 的临床疗效，为 POCI 治疗提供行之有效的治疗方案和循证依据，形成适宜推广的针刺治疗新技术。

Objectives of Study：

The main purposes of this clinical trial are to observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in treating POCI, and provide effective treatment options and basic data for future clinical studies.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①合并脑出血患者；
②椎动脉狭窄率>70%的患者；
③病情危重或术后；
④具有合并重大心、肺、肝、肾及患有原发性造血系统疾病者；
⑤具有传染病、皮肤病者；
⑥易引起晕针者；
⑦妊娠期或哺乳期者；
⑧不能按照医生规定服药及治疗，无法进行试验者；
⑨正在参加另一项试验者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Hemorrhagic stroke;
2. Vertebral artery stenosis rate > 70%;
3. Critical illnesses that require operation;
4. Severe heart heart, liver, or kidney diseases, severe hematopoietic system conditions;
5. Infectious disease or skin disease;
6. Oversensitivity to acupuncture;
7. Pregnancy or lactation;
8. Inability to cooperate with the treatment;
9. Participation in another current clinical trial.

本课题随机化方法采用多中心临床中央随机,五个中心的合格患者将通过中央随机分配系统以1：1的比例随机分配到实验组或对照组，随机数和组划分将发送到针灸师的电话中。

Eligible patients in five centers will be randomly assigned to experimental group or control group in a 1:1 ratio via a central randomization system.The random number and group division will be sent to acupuncturist's phone.
