研究目的:

我们拟通过该项研究,希望能够建立新的高灵敏度和高特异性的MRD检测技术,监测急性白血病患者的疗效并指导治疗方案调整,提高急性白血病患者疗效,为将来的方案修正提供可靠的实验室依据。  

Objectives of Study:

Through this study, we hope to establish a new high sensitivity and high specificity MRD detection technology, monitor the curative effect of patients with acute leukemia and guide the adjustment of treatment plan, improve the curative effect of patients with acute leukemia, and provide reliable laboratory basis for future plan revision.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

(1)继发性急性白血病,如慢性髓细胞白血病急性变、骨髓增生异常综合征相关白血病、原发性免疫缺陷病相关白血病扥;
(2)既往有过肿瘤性疾病病史;
(3)其他研究者认为的不适合参加该研究的情况,或者其他影响本临床研究结果分析的情况。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) secondary acute leukemia, such as chronic myeloid leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome related leukemia, primary immunodeficiency disease-related leukemia;
(2) previous history of tumor diseases;
(3) other conditions that are not suitable to participate in the study or affect the analysis of the results of the clinical study.
