研究目的：

观察全身麻醉诱导前预防性注射小剂量地佐辛在抑制瑞芬太尼诱发的咳嗽反射中的作用  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of low dose dizocine injection before induction of general anesthesia in suppressing remifentanile-induced cough reflex

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

随机分为地佐辛组和对照组各100例，面罩吸氧５min后，地佐辛组静脉注射地佐辛0.03mg/kg，对照组静脉注射等量生理盐水，1min后２组均静脉快速泵注瑞芬太尼1.5μｇ/kg，记录２组麻醉诱导前、插管前、插管插管后１ｍｉｎ平均动脉压及心率，比较瑞芬太尼注射后２mim内２组咳嗽反射发生情况 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Were randomly divided into symplectic group and the control group (n = 100), oxygen mask after 5 min, to assist symplectic group intravenous with 0.03 mg/kg, intraenous amount of normal saline control group, two groups after 1 min vein pump quickly, remifentanile injection 1.5 mu g/kg, record before anesthesia induction and intubation of two groups before and after intubation intubation 1 min mean arterial pressure and heart rate, after comparison, remifentanile injection within two mim cough reflex occurrence in the 2 groups 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

对本实验用药过敏者；体重指数>30kg/m2；慢性高血压患者；严重心率失常患者；慢性支气管炎、哮喘或其他呼吸系统疾病患者；眼内压、胸内压和颅内压增高患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Those who are allergic to the drug used in this experiment; BMI >30kg/m2; Patients with chronic hypertension; Patients with severe arrhythmia; Patients with chronic bronchitis, asthma or other respiratory diseases; Patients with increased intraocular pressure, intrathoracic pressure and intracranial pressure.
