研究目的：

（1）明确脊柱创伤性骨折经后路固定未融合手术后内固定取出的最佳时机；（2）探讨脊柱创伤性骨折患者经后路固定未融合手术后椎间盘退变的规律及影响因素；（3）制定脊柱创伤性骨折的最佳手术策略。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To determine the best time for removal of internal fixation after posterior fixation without fusion surgery for spinal traumatic fracture; (2) To explore the rules and influencing factors of disc degeneration in patients with spinal traumatic fracture after posterior fixation without fusion; (3) To develop the best surgical strategy for traumatic spinal fractures.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）病理性、骨质疏松性、陈旧性骨折者；
（2）强直性脊柱炎；
（3）合并脊髓、神经损伤等严重并发症者；
（4）伴脊柱侧弯等影响生活质量的其他疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. patients with pathological, osteoporotic or old fractures;
2. ankylosing spondylitis;
3. complicated with spinal cord, nerve injury and other serious complications;
4. with scoliosis and other diseases that affect the quality of life.
