研究目的：

1.针对听神经病患者临床听力学和影像学特征进行亚型分类，致病AN临床诊断标准指南，并在多中心推广验证； 2.开展层层递进的遗传学检测，进行AN致病基因挖掘与分析研究，并为患者及家庭提供遗传咨询和三级预防； 3.建立最大规模的听神经病患者基因型-表型数据库，突破现有的小规模AN项目的研究瓶颈； 4.多中心开展AN患者进行助听器和人工耳蜗的干预研究，探讨定位分型诊断对干预效果的影响，为临床干预提供依据和指南。  

Objectives of Study：

1. According to the clinical audiology and imaging characteristics of patients with auditory neuropathy, subtype classification, clinical diagnosis standard guidelines for pathogenic AN, and promotion and verification in multi-center; 2. Carry out progressive genetic testing, conduct AN pathogenic gene mining and analysis research, and provide genetic counseling and tertiary prevention for patients and families; 3. Establish the largest genotype-phenotype database of auditory neuropathy patients to break through the research bottleneck of existing small-scale AN projects; 4. Carry out multi-center intervention studies on hearing aids and cochlear implants in patients with AN, explore the influence of localization and classification diagnosis on the intervention effect, and provide basis and guidelines for clinical intervention.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 接受宣教后明确拒绝参加该项目的耳聋患者及其家属；
2. 影像学检查排除蜗后占位病变。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Deaf patients and their families who explicitly refuse to participate in the project after receiving the mission;
2. Imaging examination to exclude retrocochlear space-occupying lesions.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

医院专人负责招募志愿者及病例记录表的填写及整理，项目过程中，患者的病例记录表的数据信息由各医院上传至多中心专用电子采集及管理系统，仅对参与研究单位开放，参与单位根据个人权限可进入进行数据查询和采集。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Persons in hospital are responsible for recruitment, and filling the case record forms.The data information of the patient's CRF is uploaded from each hospital to the multi-center EDC system. It is only open to the participating research units. The participating units can enter the data inquiry and collection according to their personal authority
