(1) 通过分析正常人及脑小血管病患者脑静息态磁共振在时间域、空间域以及连接组等多域多层面的不同功能特征,从而有效提取脑小血管病患者海马、内嗅皮层相关域脑功能特征进行指纹研究; (2) 在基于多功能属性融合的脑功能连通性检测模型、多域脑功能特征提取方法、多域融合脑功能指纹挑选及分类模型和并行化脑功能指纹识别算法库基础上,分析脑小血管病患者的海马、内嗅皮层指纹特征,探讨海马、内嗅皮层指纹特征作为脑小血管病早期改变的潜在神经影像生物标志物; |

Objectives of Study: |
(1) Effectively extract the hippocampus of patients with cerebral small vessel disease by analyzing the different functional characteristics of multi-domain multi-faceted multi-domains such as time domain, spatial domain and connected group in normal and cerebral small vessel disease patients. Fingerprint study of brain function characteristics of the relevant domain of the entorhinal cortex; (2) Based on the multi-functional attribute fusion brain function connectivity detection model, multi-domain brain function feature extraction method, multi-domain fusion brain function fingerprint selection and classification model and parallelized brain function fingerprint recognition algorithm library, the analysis is mild Fingerprint features of hippocampus and entorhinal cortex in patients with cognitive impairment, and explore the fingerprint characteristics of hippocampus and entorhinal cortex as potential neuroimaging biomarkers for early changes in cerebral small vessel disease. |

排除标准: |
1)有神经系统疾病史(如脑梗死、脑出血、多发性硬化、阿尔茨海默病)、精神病史、药物及酒精依赖史、一氧化碳中毒及其他可引起认知功能下降的器质性疾病; |

Exclusion criteria: |
1) a history of neurological diseases (such as cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, multiple sclerosis, alzheimer's disease), a history of mental illness, drug and alcohol dependence, carbon monoxide poisoning, and other organic diseases that may cause cognitive decline; |

通过SPSS统计软件编程产生随机数字,现在软件中进行编号1到100,再在随机数据生成器中设置固定值,再计算变量,采用函数生成随机数字,对个案排秩并重新编码为不同变量,对旧值赋予新值即预先设定产生的随机数字范围为1、2、3三组,则可将随机数字分配到1、2或者3组。将程序产生的随机分组结果打印出来,制订编码。由实验者进行随机序列的分配,分配结果通过电话由项目管理者告知。 |
