研究托吡酯治疗和缓解胸外科术后神经痛的有效性和安全性

Objectives of Study：

To Study the Efficacy and Safety of Topiramate Which Can Treat and Relieve Chronic Post-Thoracotomy Pain

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.因带状疱疹、丘脑病变等所致神经痛者
2.癫痫患者或服用抗癫痫药物或抗神经痛药物不能停药的患者
3.有慢性心、肝、肾功能疾病者，其中肝功能损害ALT>正常上限1.5倍、肾功损害BUN，Cr>正常上限
4.急慢性心衰或不稳定型心绞痛等可能对药物观察产生影响的患者
5.妊娠，哺乳期妇女及可能受孕者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Neuralgia caused by herpes zoster and thalamic lesions;
2. Epileptic or patients can not stop taking antiepileptic drugs or anti-neuralgia drugs;
3. Patients with chronic disease of heart, liver, kidney function damage.The liver function damage ALT more than 1.5 times upper limit of normal, renal function damage, BUN, Cr more than upper limit of normal;
4. Patients with acute or chronic heart failure or unstable angina pectoris may affect the observation of drug efficacy;
5. Pregnant or will be pregnant women and nursing mothers.
