研究目的：

为了研究有效改善髋关节置换术后患者免疫功能抑制状态，增强免疫功能，提高免疫力，加速患者康复。  

Objectives of Study：

In order to effectively improve the immunosuppression status of patients after hip replacement, enhance the immune function, improve the immunity, and accelerate the recovery of patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① DDH继发骨关节炎(Crowe型3或4型)，股骨头坏死；
②血栓栓塞疾病史(即深静脉血栓形成(DVT),或肺栓塞(PE)), 凝血病，近期动脉血栓栓塞事件（如心肌梗塞或中风），高凝状态，血友病；
③严重的心血管和呼吸系统疾病; 肾和肝功能衰竭，肾移植史；
④拒绝参与或拒绝接受血液制品者。
⑤患者有双侧髋关节置换术史.

Exclusion criteria：

(1) DDH secondary osteoarthritis (Crowe type 3 or 4), femoral head necrosis;
(2) History of thromboembolic disease (i.e., deep vein thrombosis (DVT), or pulmonary embolism (PE)), thrombotic disease, recent arterial thromboembolic events (such as myocardial infarction or stroke), hypercoagulant status, hemophilia;
(3) serious cardiovascular and respiratory diseases; Kidney and liver failure, history of kidney transplantation;
(4) refuse to participate in or refuse to accept blood products.The patient had a history of bilateral hip replacement.
