研究目的：

通过对糖尿病患者听功能的调查，掌握调查人群的听功能损害患病情况，发现糖尿病与听力损失的相关性，探索发病机制。提高临床医生和患者本人对于听力损失的关注，制定糖尿病听力损害的规范化治疗。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the investigation of auditory function in patients with diabetes, we can grasp the prevalence of hearing impairment in the population, find out the correlation between diabetes and hearing loss, and explore the pathogenesis. To improve the attention of clinicians and patients for hearing loss, and to formulate the standardized treatment of diabetic hearing loss.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）有其他明确致内耳损伤病因：噪声损害、耳毒性药物使用史，梅尼埃病、良性阵发性位置性眩晕、前庭神经炎者；
（2）中耳疾患者；
（3）无严重的全身系统性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) there were other definite causes of inner ear injury: noise damage, history of ototoxic drug use, Meniere's disease, benign paroxysmal positional vertigo and vestibular neuritis;
(2) patients with middle ear disease;
(3) there was no serious systemic disease.
