Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

Index SCD Victim 1. SCD victim with genetically proven SADS Relatives of index SCD Victim
1. Pregnant women;
2. Mentally or cognitively disabled to give informed consent;
3. Unable to attend assessment clinic or clinical evaluation in PMH;
4. younger than 5 years old.

Exclusion criteria：

Index SCD Victim 1. SCD victim with genetically proven SADS Relatives of index SCD Victim
1. Pregnant women;
2. Mentally or cognitively disabled to give informed consent;
3. Unable to attend assessment clinic or clinical evaluation in PMH;
4. younger than 5 years old.
