研究目的：

本课题组利用MRONJ患者手术标本病理特征分析发现传统颌骨刮治手术失败的主要原因是手术区残留“乏血运”硬化层，导致颌骨血运不佳阻碍创面愈合（图2）。我们对传统颌骨刮治术进行了改良，增加“骨管”制备步骤，改善硬化层血运（图3）。我们计划进一步开展更加规范、科学的临床试验研究，以期获得可靠的研究证据，提高MRONJ的手术疗效，改善患者生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

Surgical specimens from MRONJ patients were analyzed to evaluate the pathological features of the MRONJ disease. The main reason for the failure of the traditional curettage was the residual "lack of blood" sclerosis layer in the surgical area, which led to poor blood supply of the jaw and hindered wound healing. We have improved the traditional curettage method, increased the "bone tunnel" preparation step, and improved the blood supply for sclerosis layer. We plan to further develop more standardized and scientific clinical trial research in order to obtain reliable research evidence, improve the surgical outcome of MRONJ, and improve the quality of life of patients.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

术前为药物相关性颌骨骨髓炎，但术后标本诊断为转移瘤；患者手术后失访。

Exclusion criteria：

Preoperative diagnosis as MRONJ, but the postoperative specimen was diagnosed as metastatic tumor; the follow-up of the patient was lost after surgery.
